Silverlight doesn't currently support webcams or microphones. Perhaps in a future version, that functionality will be added in.

Spoke with the folks @ Microsoft. This is now fixed. You can go in and register and download/view the webcast now. Sorry about the extra step of requiring registration; that's not something I can control. Pete
